Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 to use Snap Count. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and should help manage your Snap Link. Parents, guardians and coaches can create and manage Snap Links for athletes they're responsible for.

You agree to give accurate information and keep your sign-in details safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.

You own the videos, photos, stats and other content you add. You give Snap Count permission to host, store, display, resize and share that content so we can run your Snap Link, make share previews and "ready for X" clips, and show your athlete in search.

Only upload content you have the right to use. That includes highlight film downloaded from Hudl or similar services and photos taken by others. Stats, GPA, offers and measurements must be truthful. Don't post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexual, or that shares someone else's private information.

You can hide or delete a Snap Link at any time from your dashboard.

When you enter an X username, we read that account's public profile (name, bio, location and photo) to fill in your Snap Link. Only enter an X account that belongs to you or the athlete you manage. If you verify your X account, we only use it to confirm you own that username.

Coaches and families can message each other once both are signed in. Be respectful. Don't spam, harass, impersonate anyone, or ask an athlete for anything inappropriate. We may review reported messages and remove accounts that break these rules.

Snap Count is a marketing and media platform. We don't represent athletes, contact colleges for you, or promise offers, scholarships, exposure or results.

Snap Link Pro and Coach Pro are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your dashboard, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments aren't refunded. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. Your statement may show "LINK.COM."

Agency services (shoots, content, strategy and brand management) are covered by a separate agreement or plan confirmation that lists the scope, price and commitment. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins for those services.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or put others at risk. We may change or stop parts of the service. If we make important changes to these terms, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know by email.

Snap Count is provided "as is." We work to keep it fast and available, but we can't guarantee it will always be error-free or online.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Snap Count isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you haven't paid us.
